Short, because the deal is simple: you use the software, your records stay yours, and you can leave whenever you want.
The service
UProcess is people and process-safety software offered as a subscription. The plans, their limits and their prices are the ones published on the pricing page; the price you see is the price everyone pays.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. One account per person; a Team or Company plan adds seats for the people who edit.
Your records
Everything you create in UProcess belongs to you. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you and export it on your request. You can export or delete it at any time.
Plans, payment and cancelling
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars. You can change or cancel your plan in the app at any time; a cancelled plan runs until the end of the period already paid. [Refund rule to confirm.]
What we promise, and what we don't
We work to keep the service available and your records safe, and we tell you when something goes wrong. UProcess supports your safety work; it does not replace the judgement of the qualified people who do it. Decisions taken with the software remain yours.
