Which modules are in each plan?
Module has one module of your choice. Suite has every module of one suite. Pro, Consultant, Team and Company have every module, including new ones, and differ only in how many members, people, sites and client companies they cover.
Who counts as a member, and who counts as a person?
A member logs in and creates or edits records. A person is someone in your Workforce register. Company is priced per 200 people; members are unlimited.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is the trial. It never expires.
Is the price different in my country?
No. One USD price for everyone, tax included.
Module, Suite or Pro?
Module is US$9 a month for one module. From 4 modules of the same suite, Suite (US$29) costs less. From 2 suites, Pro (US$49) costs less and has every module.
When do I need Company?
When you register more than 150 people, need more than one site, or more than 10 members. Module, Suite and Pro stop at the same limits; on Consultant, they apply to each client company. Nothing you already made is ever blocked.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on Company yearly.
What does yearly save?
Two months on every plan.
How is Company priced?
By bands of 200 people: US$299 per band per month, or US$2,990 per band per year. "Get Company" on this page gives the exact figure — the same for every company of the same size.
When do I need Team instead of Pro?
When a second member needs to create or edit records. Module, Suite and Pro are 1 member; Team is up to 10 members with every module, shared Action Tracking and roles.
What counts as an active record?
A study, an investigation, an inspection or any other record that is still open. Once you close or archive it, it stops counting toward the Free limit.
What happens at the 4th record?
Nothing stops. You keep viewing, editing, completing and exporting everything you have. On Free you cannot create a fourth active record in that module until you close one or upgrade.
What is a clean PDF?
The same document, without the UProcess mark. Free exports carry the mark; every paid plan exports clean.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, in the app, at any time. Your records stay yours — export them or delete them whenever you want.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Export it or delete it anytime, on every plan.
